Micro/nano mechanical machining and manufacturing technology has attracted a large amount of interest and attention since 21st century, because it has been widely applied in the fields of optoelectronic technique, precision instrument, biomedicine, aeronautics and astronautics industry. The 6th International Symposium on Micro/Nano Mechanical Machining and Manufacturing (ISMNM 2020) is organized by Beijing Institute of Technology and the Committee for Nano-Precision Mechanical Manufacturing Technology of Japan Society for Precision Engineering (JSPE). The aim of the ISMNM 2020 is to bring together specialists in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, materials and various aspects of processing and manufacturing to discuss advances in micro-nano mechanical machining and manufacturing technology. ISMNM 2020 was planned to be held in Shizuoka Japan on April 22-25, 2020, but due to the COVID-19 crisis, the Japanese side and the Chinese side are agreed to postpone the symposium to October 27-29, 2021.

The topics of the ISMNM 2021 include, but are not limited to, the following:

(1) Nano/Micro Machining and Manufacturing Technologies;

(2) Micro Cutting Tool Design Theory and Manufacturing Technology;

(3) Ultra Precision Machining and Fabrication Technologies;

(4) Micro Machines, Systems and Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment;

(5) Micro Cutting and Abrasive Machining Technologies;

(6) Micro Die and Mold Manufacturing Technologies;

(7) Micro Forming Processing Technology;

(8) Micro Assembly and Integration Technologies;

(9) Micro Measuring and Testing Technologies.


微细/纳米机械加工与制造技术是先进制造技术的重要组成部分,二十一世纪以来,微细/纳米机械加工与制造技术发展迅速,在光电信息、能源动力、精密仪器、精密模具、生物医药、航空航天等产业领域有着广阔的应用。鉴于北京理工大学在微细/纳米加工与制造技术方面取得的突出成绩,以及与日本精密工学会纳米精度加工委员会的良好合作关系,经中日双方协商,定于2020年在日本静冈县伊豆市举办“微细/纳米机械加工与制造国际研讨会(ISMNM 2020)”。通过举办国际研讨会,深入交流该领域的国际学术前沿与研究热点,以及自然科学基金面上项目、基金重点项目与群项目的支持下取得的理论和技术成果,不断开阔项目承担人员的学术视野和认知渠道,为进一步深入开展研究提供借鉴、指导和参考。但受到新冠肺炎COVID-19的影响,中日双方决定将会议日程由2020422日至25日推迟到20211027日至29日召开,会议研讨内容安排不变。

研讨内容包括:

(1) 微细/纳米机械加工制造技术;

(2) 微细切削刀具设计理论与制造技术;

(3) 超精密加工及装备;

(4) 微机械、系统与智能制造装备;

(5) 微细切削与磨粒加工技术;

(6) 微细模具制造技术;

(7) 微成形加工技术;

(8) 微装配与集成技术;

(9) 微测试与试验技术。
